Hilljills Start the 2016/17 Season in Style

Hilljills opened their 2016/2017 BT Premier League season with a 64-0 away win against newly promoted Stewartry.

A warm day at Castle Douglas on Sunday saw some good team play, with centre Abi Evans scoring a hatrick in the second half, with ten tries scored in total. Congratulations to Elise O’Connor, Mallory van Wyngaarden and Georgie Keys who played their first game for the club. Coach Dean Kelbrick and assistant Graeme Blackhall will be looking for the team to build on this performance. Hilljills next match is this Sunday 11 September at Hughenden against Stirling County. Kick off 2pm.
