This was always going to be a close game and the slippery conditions did nothing to assist. A first half with defences on top saw 0-0 at the turn with neither side really threatening. However a couple of momentary lapses saw ‘Craigs nick tow early tries. Hills fought with all their resources but coughed up too may scoring chances and an interception lead to a 0-15 lead with fifteen to go. Hills then upped their game and produced a spell of quick rugby resulting in a score but with time against them they failed to get at least a losing bonus point. An off day but with many guys playing out of position not a bad effort. Still much to do but the signs are good. Next up away to Irvine.
